Transport:
The risk of damage of the goods are a responsibility of predatorfishing.be. The moment you accept the parcel from the mailman, this liability is transferred to you.
Complaints:
All complaints can be filed via e-mail info@predatorfishing.be. We will thoroughly investigate and make sure that we can come to an agreement.
• All prices are in EURO and VAT included. We can deliver without VAT via intra-Community delivery if you have an european VAT number. Please send e-mail for adjusted invoice.
• Spelling errors or price changes are possible and are the responsibility of predatorfishing.be.
• Some imaged on the webshop can slightly differ from the real product.
• Despite our real time stock management system, it is possbile that an error occurs and that your ordered product is not in stock. In such case, we will allways notify you via e-mail or telephone and try to come to an agreement.
